perhentian!

“Kim, 8.30 already!! Still wanna sleep??” mum was yelling at me. Damn, I was late. Suppose to meet Uncle Ong at 9.00 at Kuala Besut but I hell sleepy. Dragged my butt off the bed, but landed on divan. Warm and cozy. I told my cousin to take bath and I’m next. Ate Nasi Dagang for breakfast, and headed to Kuala Besut. Arrived around 9.30, I called uncle and he informed us to be at his office. Ish ish, heap of pplssss going to perhentian!! Cramped like sardine in his office. Ok, best solution, ‘kita minum dulu’, a cup of milo ice. It was 11.00 only my turn to get on boat. Typical uncle ong. Haiz.. Nvm nvm. Since FOC, I forgive and forget. Hahaha.. Fiberglass boat and 260 twin-turbo engine, luminous day, calm sea, we sped with full thrust. Fuuuhh.. fun! 21 km felt like dumpy short distance nia. Botman dropped both of us at Perhentian Resort, Teluk Pauh, and quest started! Awe-inspiring beach, diamond like sparkling sea, sesungguhnya, I was mesmerized. Hehhee.. jkjk. My destination, Coral View Resort. Just a-stone-throw-away from Perhentian Resort. Strolled along the beach was amusing. Ah Mo quite a lot. Hahaha… ok, some pics u guys can view =]

And Yin, if do happen u read this entry, i really saw a penguin. Not real one, definitely but human-look-alike. Ahahaha.. seriously, I didn’t make this shit up. Well, imagine a Ni*** little boy and he’s really dark, was wearing a black short and ivory-colored top. What on earth man! I dunno what lingered in his mum mind, maybe an initiative to make his son visible to others which is obviously visible enuf for me (no racism involved, not at all, think straight. Ehheh..) that boy is pretty chubby+short+fat, and he has everything to be a penguin, I mean look alike. Just missing his tail. Major one, he wore flippers and running around! Wakakakka.. Unfortunately, no pic! =P

I left perhentian at 6. Gosh, not good not good. Sea rampaged, ombak manyak besar worr. Angin Itu kuat. Sungguh tidak menyenangkan. Reached jetty, shirt wet again. Haiz.. butttttttttt…..

Fine, I’ll elaborate, given that all of u will not be back soon enough to meet me. once and for all :). To start off the eventful night, the water was cloudy and it impeded our search for the crabs. However, it didn’t dampen our spirit! Our search was not in vain. We managed to spot a few crabs but most of them weren’t big enough for us to grill :P but still, the search for crabs continue!

Guthrie who is the crabbing expert caught all the crabs of the night. I didn’t contribute much in catching the crabs but I did contribute some noise and I believe that my voice attracted the crabs to Guthrie. Wakakaka.

Witter who is not really a person of ‘manly’ stuff ( witter likes softcore activities like makan and shopping – just kidding, but it’s true rite?? He din watch football!! :P) wore a sweat pants with sport shoes to crab!! Maybe he just doesn’t know the whole idea of crabbing! Muahahahha. Well, he prefers to just sit and watch us from the river banks than to join us crabbing. But in a way, it was good. for without him there would be no pics of crabbing. Haha.

Skim was the most unlucky one that night. He caught a crab. The crab was huge, hairy and it costs him a N80 hp and a car alarm. Poor skim. here's
the story.. When he learnt that there was a crab in between the rocks, he got a little excited!! He took the net and he dived himself halfway before he realized that his pouch was diving with him too!! Everything in d pouch was soaked nicely.. Even the car key!!!! Ish. he dried it on the bank before continue crabbing again. See, even the death of his hp din dampen his spirit to crab. Huhu.

Och came a lil later, around 12.30am because he needed to help his boss’s daughter at bora-bora. Mauhahahaha. Och was unlucky too because skim had his phone in his pouch!! It was his second phone, the first one also dropped in the very same river. malang malang. Kesian och….

Around 4 am, everyone agreed to call it a day. ohya, before we went home, we violently killed the hairy crab for the fact that it caused the death of 2 phones. skim burnt its shell with lighter until it's cooked n hangus, Witter crushed the shell n pincher with rocks and Och cucuk it with a stick. so cool :P. Everyone yawned all the way back to the car. When we were at the car, I took out the key and tried to unlock the car with the alarm but to my horror, it didn’t work!!!! Everyone was shocked!!! Skim came out with the idea that he unlock the car manually and he’ll press this particular button which could stop the alarm. So, everyone couldn’t agree more. He did that and when he got into the car, guess wut happened??!! There wasn’t any button to press!!!!!!!! Wth!!!!! The car alarm was customized by my dad. Everything wasn’t the same as it supposed to be!!

The alarm was super loud and it was 4am!!! Everyone tried to stop the alarm but everything was in vain. And Guthrie saved the night!! He asked skim to unplug the fuse for the alarm but no one knows which fuse is which. There are more than 10 freakin’ fuse to figure out!! So, believe it or not, they unplugged one by one and they manage to stop the alarm. However, that wasn’t the end of the story. Eventhough the alarm was off, the hazard light was on!!!! So, we had to choose either to drive with hazard light on or alarm on and we drove with d hazard light la. sungguh malu...

Skim is smart! He unscrewed d damn alarm when we reached mayang village and when he knew dat the alarm works with 12V battery (but it wasn’t the ordinary one), he went to the 24hours convenient shop nearby and get 12V ordinary battery. And amazingly, he successfully made the alarm works again! Huhu. Interesting night heh.

Driving-Drives-Me-Crazy

 

 

 

Finally, no more long distance travels everyday. For the past 2 weeks, probably less, I was spending averagely, at least, staggering 3 hours of driving everyday. I used to love driving, but no longer. How wonderful if chauffer service is available but not gonna happen, I know. Hehehe.. 5 trips to Kota Bharu and 7 trips to Kuala Terengganu in 2 weeks. Petrol consumption, effing a lot! Damn, cars drink petrol nowadays! Noono.. all the time. Pfft. Distance covered?? Errrrr… 2+++ KM! equivalent the distance from KL to KT back and forth, twice! =)
